FOUNDER’S STORY
Ekaterina Xenofontova
In 7 years of work, I have performed over 7,600 comprehensive procedures and made more than 24,500 animals happy.
In our salon, which has been operating for just over 6 years, we already have around 900 regular clients.
My goal and mission are to create a conscious community of animal lovers and to convey to the world that your pet is a member of your family, a reflection of you, and thus deserves the best care.
I chose the grooming profession because I deeply love animals and enjoy creating beauty and comfort for them, making the world a little more beautiful and you a little happier.
JAPANESE SHIBA INU
Nora: The little samurai
The story of our grooming studio, Pets & Spa, began with Nora, a small Japanese Shiba Inu. Nora became a symbol of the deep bond between humans and animals.
Just like the little samurai, Nora embodies our philosophy. Our caring approach to every animal is symbolized in our logo, where our hands gently stroke Nora. We are more than just a brand; we have a story, values, and understanding.
We believe that change starts with us. Our animal care experts genuinely care, and we strive to transfer that love and care to all our pets.
We create a safe space where every pet receives our care through our hands! Remember, animals are family members, and we love them as much as we love ourselves!

Od dětství jsem milovala zvířata a snila o tom, že se stanu veterinářkou. Vždy jsme měli doma psy, kočky, papoušky a rybičky. Ráda jsem kreslila a přepisovala encyklopedie.
Grooming je pro mě umění, jako malíř nebo sochař, tvořící krásu a dokonalost.

Inna is a professional groomer and instructor who combines expert pet care with a passion for teaching. She continually develops her skills through international courses and seminars, sharing her experience with a strong focus on hands-on practice, technique, and student support.
