- • All prices are in CZK including VAT in accordance with Act No. 235/2004 Coll.
- • The final price depends on the condition of the dog’s coat, the time since the last visit to a groomer, and may be adjusted when the animal is received at the salon.
- • Prices for regular customers, visiting every 1–1.5 months, may differ from prices for one-time visits.
- • The operator reserves the right to refuse service in the case of an aggressive or sick animal.
- • Service complaints are governed by Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.
- • The salon does not provide veterinary services.
